What data we collect and why

When you fill in a form on this website (experiences, gift vouchers, contact) we receive the data you enter: name, email, phone number if provided and your message. We use them only to answer your request and, if you book, to manage your stay (legal basis: pre-contractual measures and your consent, art. 6.1 a-b GDPR). The data are kept for the time needed to answer and for no longer than 24 months, unless a booking requires longer retention by law.

Bookings

Online bookings are handled by the HotelInCloud booking engine, embedded in the Book page, which processes your data as an independent provider under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

This website uses only technical cookies needed for it to work. The map on the Contact page (Google Maps) and the booking engine (HotelInCloud) are third-party services that may set their own cookies when loaded. If statistics tools are activated, a consent banner will be shown first.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or object to their processing, by writing to info@maisontuscany.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
